RE-INSPECTIONS

Once the agreed repairs are complete, a re-inspection verifies that the work has been completed as agreed upon. This can be a tool for both buyers and sellers to document the repairs have been satisfactorily completed. The re-inspection is based on the original home inspection completed by Loyalty Home Inspections. Re-inspections are not completed where the original inspection was completed by another inspection company.
